Purina: Thank you pets campaign

As one of the world’s biggest pet care specialists, Purina has a firm belief that we are better with pets (and we agree!).
Our ‘Thank you pets’ campaign was designed to shine a light on just how important pets are to the nation’s physical and mental wellbeing, uncovering them as the hidden support network of the UK and encouraging a national show of gratitude for all that they do – from assistance dogs providing vital care to those living with a disability to simply being there when you need cheering up after a long day.
We partnered with professional footballer Lucy Bronze to bring our campaign to life through her relationship with Westie Narla, and launched a ‘Thank you’ poem displayed as OOH in one of London’s most iconic spots to say a big thank you to the country’s pets while giving out treats as a small show of thanks on the day.
Our campaign secured more than 13 million opportunities to see, with widespread national, regional and lifestyle coverage, and generated thousands of positive engagements on social media through an emotive video shared by Lucy. And, most importantly, the campaign helped to drive vital awareness for the amazing work Purina is doing to support its charity partners that work tirelessly to make life better for vulnerable people through the power of pets.
