Kellanova: Revealing the future home of UK cereal production

What do the Kellogg’s cockerel, AI machine-learning and the First Minister of Wales have in common?

We brought them together for Kellanova’s announcement of a £75m investment in their Wrexham factory.

The investment secures the future production of much-loved cereal brands in the UK, as well as creating new jobs and continued employment opportunities for employees based at Trafford Park, which is set to close in 2026.

With new production technology using AI machine-learning to reduce energy use, Wrexham will be at the forefront of sustainable cereal manufacturing.

The news was covered by all major print and broadcast outlets in Wales and has added steam to the cultural moment the country’s 7^th largest city is currently enjoying.
