Continental: Redefining ultra-high performance

Continental Tyre’s SportContact 6 was a multi-award winner, but the release of the SportContact 7 took the high-performance SportContact range to the next level.

Enhanced grip, better results on wet and dry surfaces, shorter breaking distances and a pioneering new BlackChili compound – making it safer, more stable and more enjoyable to drive on. All features that would need to be felt to be believed.

We put the Continental SportContact™ 7 to the ultimate test when we invited two-time British champion, The Grand Tour test driver and W Series star, Abbie Eaton to test it out on the track at Autódromo Internacional do Algarve. The enhanced safety features of the tyre were key, as it was Abbie’s first return to the track after recovery from a W Series crash which left her with crushed vertebrae in her back.

Abbie’s engaging review of the SportContact 7 racked up 622,000 views, 11.6 x more reactions, and 1.3 x higher average view time from our UK audiences and drove engagement from within the racing and driving content creator communities.
