Siemens: Changing customer perceptions

We partnered with Siemens to support the business change customer perceptions across the UK and Ireland.  

Siemens has created and manufactured technology in the UK and Ireland that has transformed the way we live for more than 170 years. But this generated entrenched, legacy perceptions of what the business is and does.  

As a company that can help governments and businesses tackle the biggest challenges of our time – decarbonisation and digitalisation – Siemens needed to change customer conversations from tactical tech to strategic transformation.  

Using a new platform for communications, Technology to Transform Tomorrow, we launched a proactive media relations campaign focused on helping Siemens engage and lead the industry conversation on both challenges and creating a red thread that runs through everything the business does.   

We curated a programme that combines pioneering projects, from state-of-the-art concept factories to world firsts in carbon neutral wastewater treatment, impact-first story-telling and executive thought leadership, focused on macro topics, from grid capacity to industrial strategy, to make Siemens’ ambition unmistakable.
